TRAINING OBJECTIVES

Our main objectives are to develop a basic understanding of Annabelle environment and features and to enhance the modeling abilities of the participants

 

COURSE TOPICS
  • Basic overview of Probability Theory, Statistics and Monte Carlo simulation
  • Object oriented modeling approach
  • Building and understanding Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD) and various Redundancy policies: Hot/Cold/Symmetric Backup
  • Overview of common operational and logistical performance measures: Availability, Reliability, Throughput, Fill Rate etc.
  • Modeling different failure modes generated by FMEA analysis
  • Implementing various repair policies. Fully and partially repairable units, condemnations and obsolete parts
  • A brief introduction to supply chains. Modeling logistic environment including shipment of units between locations
  • Overview of maintenance types and their implementation
  • Optimization of spare parts and repair teams allocation for complex systems subject to availability constraints
